I have purchased a small building in Knoxville, TN. The building is zoned commercial with a 2200 sq ft retail space which I will hope to open as soon as possible. The building also includes a 860sq ft and 820 sq foot 2nd floor apartment units. One bed, one bath each. I will live in the 860 unit and rent out the other.
My official move in is scheduled in May, 2008. With me being bak in the United States, I should have much more access to Newgrounds. It will be great being back in action once again!
